• Provide IT onsite support and service delivery to end users in related to computer hardware, software, printer, etc problem diagnosis and issue resolution
  • Perform new PC/printer deployment, tech-refresh and decommission
  • Able to operate and administer patch management and software distribution
  • Provide day to day support for MS Windows-based servers to ensure consistent and reliable service to the end users
  • Experience in managing servers like AD, DNS, DHCP, File/Print, Symantec Backup Exec, CA Arcserve
  • Understand CISCO network device in router and Firewall. Understand internal network VLAN assignment, issue break fix, ISP coordination
  • Assist in network and wireless troubleshooting and network connectivity issues
  • Support and assist users to achieve deliverable daily operations and project implementation in workplace environment
  • Maintain and update IT related document to ensure up-to-date processes as well as technical content
  • Attend to customer enquiries (phone/email) and follow-up with appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors and 3rd party suppliers to resolve the problem


  • Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
  • Strong hardware and software knowledge
  • Must be familiar with Windows operating system
  • Good planning, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Provide friendly customer service to users and clients
  • Experience in desktop support, basic Networking basic Server knowledge will be added advantage
  • Willing to travel to multiple sites
